1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Your Prediction Edge (“the Service”), operated by Port City Technology (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Your Prediction Edge is a prediction market data aggregation and analytics platform. We display publicly available odds data from third-party prediction market exchanges including Kalshi, Polymarket, PredictIt, Metaculus, and Manifold. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, or operate as a broker or exchange.

3. Not Financial Advice

The information provided on this Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other kind of professional advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past market data does not guarantee future results.

4. Account Registration

You may create an account to access personalized features such as watchlists, alerts, and portfolio tracking. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscription plans are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your Dashboard billing settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate, timely data from third-party exchanges. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Exchange APIs may experience downtime, delays, or errors beyond our control. Always verify prices directly on the exchange before placing trades.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service beyond normal API usage
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and original content, is the property of Port City Technology. Market data displayed on the Service is sourced from third-party exchanges and remains the property of those exchanges.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Port City Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
